Account & Privacy


How do I create/delete my account?

Click "Register/Login" in the top right corner of the website to create an account. If you need to delete your account, please contact us and provide your email address and verification information. We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


What if I forgot my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the prompts to reset it. If you don't receive a reset email, please check your spam folder or contact customer service.


Is my personal information secure?

We comply with relevant privacy laws and regulations and implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user information. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.



Order Issues


How do I check my order status?

Log in to your account → My Orders → Select the order to view the processing, shipping, and logistics status.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact customer service at contact@ingeniary.com as soon as possible with the order number and the changes. We will attempt to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly and will be processed according to the return process.


How long does it take for my order to ship after it is placed?

Standard orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, with holiday orders subject to delays.


What should I do if I didn't receive a confirmation email after paying?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still haven't received it, please contact contact@ingeniary.com with your payment receipt and order information. We will verify and resend the confirmation email.



Shipping & Delivery


Does Ingeniary offer free shipping?

Yes, Ingeniary offers free standard shipping on all orders.


How do I choose expedited shipping?

If you need your order delivered faster, please contact Customer Service via email to select expedited shipping.


How do I track my shipment?

After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package online at any time.


What should I do if my package shows as signed for, but I haven't received it?

Please confirm with family members, neighbors, or the front desk. If you still can't find your package, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the "Signed for" notification and provide your order number and relevant information. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you with the claims process.



Returns and Refunds


Can I return items? What is the return period?

Eligible items are eligible for a 30-day, worry-free return (calculated from the date of receipt). If there are quality issues or the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and submit photo/video evidence. We will prioritize processing.


How does the return process work?

Submit a return request through our customer service email → Receive a return authorization → Properly package and return the item → We will process a refund/exchange after inspection.


Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to quality issues or the wrong item was delivered, we will cover the return shipping. If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike or wrong model), you will be responsible for the return shipping.


How long does a refund take?

Once the returned item arrives and is inspected and meets the return criteria, we will process the refund within 10 business days.



Product Use and Care


How often should I replace my toothbrush/brush head?

It's recommended to replace the brush heads of regular and electric toothbrushes every three months, or immediately if the bristles become bent, frayed, or the color indicator line becomes faded.


How often should I use a water flosser? How often should I replace the nozzle?

It's recommended to use a water flosser once a day (you can use it after brushing). The nozzle should be replaced every 6–12 months. If multiple people share the device, it's recommended to have a dedicated nozzle for each person and replace it regularly.


How do I clean the water flosser tank and nozzle?

Empty the water tank after each use and leave it open to dry. Clean it weekly with a small amount of white vinegar or rubbing alcohol diluted in warm water. Regularly disassemble the nozzle and clean and disinfect it according to the instructions.


How do I charge and store my electric toothbrush?

Use the included charger and avoid prolonged storage in high temperatures or humid environments. Charging and battery life vary by model; please refer to the product manual for exact specifications.



Safety and Precautions


Is the product safe and reliable?

All products undergo rigorous quality testing, meet safety standards, and come with detailed instructions.


Can children use this product?

Children's product design must follow age guidelines. Please refer to the product instructions to select products appropriate for your age group.


Will using a water flosser damage your gums?

For first-time users, choose a low-pressure setting to gradually adjust to the pressure; this generally does not damage your gums. If your gums bleed or feel uncomfortable, consult a dentist.
