If you're not satisfied for any reason after receiving your product, rest assured that we have a clear, transparent, and user-friendly return and refund process to ensure a worry-free purchase.
Return Requirements
To ensure your return request is successfully approved, please confirm that the returned product meets the following requirements:
a. Application Period: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt (based on the date of courier receipt).
b. Product Condition:
The product, all accessories, instructions, gifts, and packaging must be in their original condition and intact.
There must be no obvious damage, stains, scratches, wear, or signs of use.
If the product has a security seal or disposable seal, please ensure it is intact (returns will not be accepted if they are damaged due to non-quality reasons).
Special Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, oral care products (such as toothbrush heads and water floss nozzles) that have been used or unsealed are not eligible for returns, except for quality issues.
Return Process
Submitting a Request: Please contact us via our customer service email at contact@ingeniary.com and provide your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos clearly showing the condition of the item.
Return Verification: Customer service will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm return eligibility and provide a return address and detailed shipping instructions.
Returning Items: Please package the item securely and safely (original packaging is recommended) and choose a courier with tracking to ensure safe shipping.
Inspection and Refund: Upon return, we will inspect the item within 3 business days. For eligible orders, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Cancelling an Order
Unshipped Orders: Please contact customer service immediately. If the order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Shipped Orders: If the package has been delivered to the shipping center, please follow the normal return process. A refund will be issued after the return inspection is completed.
Refund Method and Time
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method. Payment processing time may vary depending on the processing speed of your bank or third-party payment platform, but generally takes less than 7 business days.
Quality Issues/Damage/Wrong Product
If the product you received is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as ordered, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt and provide photo or video evidence.
Once verified, we will prioritize free return or reshipment and cover all shipping costs.
