If you prefer to receive your order faster, you can request expedited shipping via email and pay the applicable shipping fee.
Tracking and Notifications
Once your package is shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number and a tracking link.
You can use this tracking number to track your package online at any time for real-time delivery progress.
If your order is delayed due to weather, traffic, customs, or other reasons, we will contact you proactively to provide a possible solution.
Duties and Taxes
For international orders, local customs may impose duties, import taxes, or other additional fees.
These charges are your responsibility and are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country/region; we cannot estimate them in advance.

Address and Delivery
Please carefully confirm the accuracy of the delivery address, recipient's name, and contact number when placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, absence, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to reschedule the shipment, but you will be responsible for the secondary shipping costs.
It is recommended that you keep your phone available during the estimated delivery date so that the courier can contact you.
Special Notes
During major holidays or peak sales periods, shipping times may be extended.
